Run the Setup wizard

Drop your first receipt
Snap a photo of any receipt and email it in (per-property IMAP), upload a PDF directly, or paste a paragraph. AI extracts the details. Your books are now real. From here, every booking + bill flows automatically.
What we don't do
We don't file your taxes for you — we generate the right packets (Schedule E, DR-15 worksheet, TDT report, 1099-NEC CSV) and YOU file them. We're a workflow tool, not a tax preparer. This keeps us out of CPA-license territory and your books fully under your control.
